The ambulance looks like it's not moving, I don't know if that's intended, but with the forced motion in the perspective, it looks out of place stationary. The star guy doesn't wrk for me either. But the perspective and the ambulance rock my damn socks. |

I would make the star's leg-rays a bit wider apart. I may be the dense one, but I wasn't immediately clear it was a star until I read the title. Other than that, it's dang cute. : )
