Ellsswhere on Apr 13 '06 very impressive the way it stands as is... to all who dont like the t color, looks like he almost had to with the color restrictions, the cork could use some texture, would really add to the concept, dont agree with adding sea creatures, but overall its not really something i would wear... just doesnt pop for me, 3 for an ace design though

I really like the design and the concept...it is unique. But it should be on a different colour of tee because the brown is kind of nasty...other than that its really well done

The perspective on the bottle needs a lot of work. It looks flat, but it's not supposed to be, judging from the shadow and the square bottom. The water line in the bottle isn't helping (it doesn't give a sense of volume). I know I'm not explaining this very well, but maybe try looking at a real bottle when you draw it. I'm not expecting perfect realism, but good perspective is key in any drawing like this one.

well made. the drop seems to give a reason for the state of the ships in the bottle. i'd prefer not knowing how the ships got to be as they are. makes people fill in meaning. the khaki is perfect for the mood.

yeah I just think it shouldn't be on khaki but maybe a dark blue or black? and the drop of water coming out seems a little off from the whole idea. other than that, it's wonderful.

as far as the perspective on the bottle, it could be one of the old whiskey bottles or whatever. and the wrecked ship could be how alcohol can wreck lives.

where are we looking from? the diagonal of the bottom of the bottle is very confusingly placed. it doesn't make sense why the bottle has perspective, but the water does not...

I actually think the perspective is ok, from a design aspect. The water is not in perspective because it's supposed to be the horizon of the eye, the center of the image, so perspective occurs around that line (if that makes sense). Notice how the far top edge of the bottle appears below the edge in the foreground.

It looks as though it would have a rectancular cross-section -- the bottle, I mean... Like it's a mickey. That's... It just doesn't look as good as if it were a round bottle.

I hate the shirt colour so much, but I do love the design. The eternal threadless conundrum. Do I score it well without a $, do I give it a $5 and hope it comes in blue instead in girly sizes, do I $5 it and then get to checkout and not let myself buy an ugly, unflattering brown shirt?
