not something i'd wear but i love it anyway. it is off-centered but the important speech balloon is ~almost~ centered, and since the girls face draws your eye there anyway, and since it is kinda the whole point of the picture i say the placement is about perfect. this looks very pensive and wistful to me, and the girl's loneliness while holding her brother's hand really comes across. this is great.
