S.A.D

Rahna on Sep 12 '05
Or add a little 'back' to it, to make the paisley pattern 'wrap around' to the back side of the shirt? I dont' care so much for the green, but the blue and brown shirt? I MUST HAVE IT! Love love love love love.

Sorry for being acronymally challenged, but what does S.A.D. stand for?

seasonal affective disorder

S.A.D. also stands for Social Anxiety Disorder (aka Social Phobia)

But um... yeah, I like the design but I've never been fond of that placement.

That's too bad. I was kinda hopin' SAD stood for "sweet a$# design". Oh well, I will try to come up with a design that is a little more seasonally affective and less socially anxious.

I'd buy it in a second if it wasn't a wrap around design. Not everyone looks good in a wraparound design. But I LOVE the colors of the blue and brown. Green looks good too.

I have a pair of brown and blue reebok classics that have no shirt to ride bikes and go on romantic walks with them. I need that one!

Is it a wrap around design? I'd like see more paisleys added to fade into the body of the shirt and to see more of the nice design.
abrooke10
abrooke10 on Sep 14 '05
It could be a wrap around. The paisley design I made is a complete one that could continue onto the back. But I read something in the threadless rules about the design not being allowed to go over the seams of the shirt and took that to mean that it couldn't go around. I'm happy with it the way it is but if allowed I would wrap it around I suppose.

avemarie on Sep 14 '05
it's a little generic; the paisely is unimaginative and the placement is just very trendy, unimaginative as well. the "faded" paisley kinda makes me see this shirt at like, old navy or something

I'm not crazy about paisley. That's a personal preference issue, though. I think the shirt looks pretty good..

yay I like the shirt. though I'm not a big paisley fan either, but it really works for the shirt

If it is a wraparound, I'd buy. Beautiful. If not, well, um, the cutoff would certainly look dorky. You do have my vote on this one.

Love the blue and brown. Agree with the above on a wraparound.

I really like this in brown, esp. how faded it looks. I think I'd like it even more if the paisley pattern degraded in a gradient, or gently exploded, making it more a comment on a vintage icon rather than a re-issue of same. Nice work, though.

love it, especially brown

but it looks like anything you might find at the juniors department at sears

other than that, it's great

I'm such a sucker for leaf-designs. I would buy this and would wear it frequently. Doesn't matter what time of year. Holy crap, do I love this design.
Fahriiiday
Fahriiiday on Sep 17 '05
If this WERENT a wrap around design, it wouldn't look good at all. If it doesn't cut off abruptly on the side its a good shirt.
abrooke10
abrooke10 on Sep 17 '05
It's a wrap around if Threadless will print it that way.
