I agree...it doesn't need the text at all...(the second typeface in particular just doesn't work)...& yes, the boxed in format isn't as interesting. Other than that, it's beautiful! +4

thanks, i agree about the text, but wasnt sure if people would understand what it signified without the words. i guess the threadless crowd deserves more credit than the deviant art crowd, lol

The font really bugs me on the right shirt, work on the art a little, especially the wheel.

Really cool shirt. I agree with the loss of text and box. It's nice to see a shirt that isn't depressing. One can only pity thyself so much.

i like the design where the boy isn't inside of the box. but good work!

regarding nothingiscute's comments, this image is based on myself. i had given prints to friends from races i did and people on my old wc bball team and they all liked it. none were offended. the statement isn't just about walking, it is about overcoming and beating the odds. and if for some reason they are offended by this they they are probably still adjusting to their new life and i know it's hard at first. determination also reflects attitude, not what you are physically capable of doing. Go out and watch the movie Murder Ball. it is also a pet peeve of mine and friends when able-bodied people try to be so pc and are worried that we will be offended by something. that is more offensive. we don't need you looking out for us. if something offends us we can speak for ourselves. that ends my rant. sorry

i don't get it.

I like the backlighted thing.. if it werent a box.. maybe a fadeout would do nicely here.. and I dont mind the text.. but I wouldnt mind it without either.. I really love it...

It took me a minute to understand it, but once I did get it - well, I absolutely love it. :)
