it's absolutly amazing...but i don't think i could ever wear people hanging from a tree on my shirt :/, so that's why i'm so happy for you that your killing tree won, but i just can't see myself sporting it.
BUT you are so talented that everything that you make is beautiful regardless of wether i would wear it or not, so i still am rating this one high because it is so perfect for the theme and so beautifully done. nice work, yet again. :D |

I think it's a great idea, and I like that you are creative enough to show death with out having any blood or a skull. I hope this wins the contest. If only The Used were as good as this shirt.

stuck with pins on Jul 07 '05 Um, I don't hate "scene kids." I just don't like lables. I don't think they can all be clones of each other and say that they're original. I like the style, I just don't think it should be called "scene" and anyone who wears anything from it is immediately classified as "scene." You get it?
And what about my other shirts? Anyways, I'm getting rid of that ridiculous branch next to the hanging lovers. It's distracting and I don't know why I put it there. And they're holding hands, if it isn't that visible. Thank you for the comments. <3 |

MrDomino on Jul 07 '05 I guess there's nothing WRONG with reusing ideas, but I think it cheapens the design when you use a very similar concept from Killing Tree. I wish you did more with the execution to separate the two designs.

awesome design. definatly 5. but the used is more of a dirty, grunge look. so if you could "grunge" that up. and make it look less like a painting. it would give the other contestants a run for their money.
