About my design

I've always loved the Dia de los Muertos skulls, and since this contest dealt with skulls and death, I thought these would be the perfect fit. I chose that text because, as artists, we often use other (sometimes dead) artists to influence our own work. Styles come and go, and come back once they are revamped, hence, reinvent the dead.
