In my city, on a busy intersection near downtown, there's a man in an apartment a couple floors up. On random days, at random times, in whatever weather, he sits at his window with a fan and blows bubbles out into the street. It's absolutely fantastic and has made my day more times than I can count.
This totally reminds me of that. :) |

I really like this and I think both placements are good...but I think it would be neat to kind of see more bubbles floating up the shirt...and maybe even some around to the back?
