the whole shirt should be the blue shade, it just seems wierd to have a block painting. But the sketch is very good!

the angle of the eye on the right side of the picture plane is too exaggerated, and therefore looks googly.

i agree with cry. put on a blue shirt so you can lose the blue box/background, then pixelize or fade out the bottom edge or something.
