I think it is fine as is.
HOWEVER- if you are dead set on adding something, might I suggest some sort of scrolling design in the background, sorta like the Amor sweatshirt? That might look good. However, I would like to reiterate that I love it as is. Anything more and it might get too busy. |

Huh. I would of thought this design would have received at least a score in the 2-3 range. Anyway I still love it. (I think it would especially appeal to people with an interest in anatomy and medicine)
