The dotted line is a timeline showing the penguin building the wings and flying, am I right? The timeline could use a little work, but I like the flying penguin by itself.

Leave the dead penguin. Otherwise, it's cutesy and last time I checked, I think we have enough cutesy bird designs. I agree that the layout could be better, maybe try centering it, but I like the design.

I think this would be much better without the three penguins on top. One of them just looks like a black pacman ghost with a beak. . . kinda wrecks the flow imo. Otherwise great design.
