The design reminds me of something I'd buy in the mall. Lot's of heraldic shields recently. Give it some flair, or something that sets it apart and change the shirt color and I'd give it a better score.

The weird thing about "1961" is that if you rotate it 180 degrees, it says "1961"

I don't think puff paint and foil would look good on the same design. I like the centaur, hate the rest.
