Ha! This is pretty good. I think that the arrow's need to be going into the furniture a little more, at the moment they look a little stuck on top. But apart from that this is cool. 4

I'd love to see it over-the-top where Cupid's completely destroyed the living room but hasn't hit either of the people. Like if the lamp had fallen and caught the rug on fire, and couch had big gouges in it from so many arrows, and the art on the wall was hanging sideways.
And then, to top it off, Cupid looks beat and frustrated but is still plugging away. Or he's wearing Coke bottle glasses. Or he's obviously soused. I dunno... I just want there to be more at stake and a reason Cupid's missing consistently. |

... I really really like the way the two folks on the couch look shy and nervous around each other. I think that's why I want to see Cupid's emotion more clearly defined.

This is the first design that I've seen for this competition that doesn't follow the "Oh my god the duck has fallen for the rubber ducky LMFAO!!!11!!1" blueprint. It's also the first design for this competition that I like.

lol this is such a great design! don't listen about the arrows; from a logical standpoint it may be better that way, but artistically it looks better being able to see the arrowheads a bit. i love the couple's expressions.

the simplicity is top notch but i think you're confined by the box shape. maybe the wallpaper swirls could break that border.

I love the concept and how the people and backround is drawn. How cupid is drawn with that hooded cloak seems a bit odd to me. It's like a grim reaper / cupid hybrid.

How sweet! The only thing that throws me off of it is the boxiness of the center design. Squares are kinda lame to me, but...well maybe they work for other, I don't know. Really cute though :)

the lamp should be tilted since the arrow hit it in that direction, or at least the lamp shade.
the picture frame should also be tilted for the same reason, but the arrow should be placed in a different spot. the tips of the arrows shouldn't be showing. otherwise, i love it! |
