the good news is: those sanitary guards do absolutely nothing. There was a Penn and Teller Bullshit episode where they tested a bunch of public safety stuff like that. The human rear is actually cleaner than our hands. At least the part that touches the toilet.

Also, I understand your concept but my first thought at seeing a guy with his pants open and his eyes closed is that he must be thinking of something pornographic to..... you know.
