So I've told my hubbie I want a cintiq 21ux for Xmas! Cheeky I know but I really want one!
I wanna know who has one and how have they found working with it. I know you have to have some drawing skills and can't expect the cintiq to somehow miraculously turn you into a brilliant illustrator but has it improved your drawing skills or does it just make you work faster and more efficiently? I also noticed it is cheaper to buy in the USA than here in Australia but will there be issues with the power adapter/plugs etc.??? about rainBOW
I just wanna say a BIG thank you to threadless for printing this and the threadless community for supporting my design! I first joined threadless back in 2006 under a different name and my one and only submission got terrible feedback - and rightly so as it was pretty bad! I didn't wanna sub again but I rejoined in 2009 and started subbing and I am so glad I came back and gave it another go. It just shows that you shouldn't give up - if you keep goin it will happen! Thanks again to everyone that scored my design and hopefully I can keep subbing and maybe get a few more prints :)
So you win the chance to pick an unprinted designer - who do you pick?
I have to say I would love to get picked by the winning guest judge but there are so many deserving artists on here that haven't been printed yet. Who do you wanna see printed? Here's a couple of names, feel free to add - I know i've missed a heap of others: p.s. some of these may have first prints in the pipeline. charity.ryan dandingeroz Morkki EN AJUSTES Resistance Dexter Spandex atomic child ecsu EricDiaz GRANDR mr spiers
So this one is called Death Star Jumps - do you get it?
I know in the US they are called jumping jacks so I'm not sure if this will translate globally? I also don't know if I should have done his arms above his head rather than just out to the side? What's everyones take on what a star jump is? Does this need work - should I sub as is? Would love some feedback :)
I read this article in the local newspaper today. I haven't been able to get Lilah's story out of my head.
I thought I would share it with you. Lilah They have done a follow up article after all the support they have had: followupstory
ok so I've got this idea and it involves Mario - I know, I know it's a bit overdone but I wanna give it a go.
Anyways I used to play Super Mario Bros on the Nintendo but I'm not a gamer and don't know all the in's and outs of most computer games so my question is - what is the symbol, or is there a symbol that appears on the screen while your playing Super Mario that shows how many lives you have left? Is it a heart? And if not would you say the heart is kind of a universal symbol that represents computer game lives or not? You gamers are probably thinking this is a stupid question but I need some help! Thanks! :) |
