Marco, if you see this, please please email me at silverqe@gmail.com!

I'm dealing with some stupid drama, someone has plagiarized your Coffee Owl piece and got Daily Deviation featured for it and as a dA mod I'm doing everything I can to get the feature deleted. Getting a lot of shit for it too, so please get in touch with me as soon as you can. I need you to upload your Coffee Owl to your gallery!

Thank you. Oh, if anyone else knows where I can get ahold of him that would also be extremely helpful.
Maybe I'm overreacting, but I am sick of getting e-mails from people wanting art and design and whatnot from me and not even offering to pay for it. I usually don't reply to proposals I'm not interested in, but I decided to today for some reason.

As a professional artist or designer, what do you guys think? Was he being reasonable, would you have worked for him? Or is he a big tool? What would you have said?
Hi everyone! I just wanted to say a general thank you to everyone I met/met again at this year's meetup! Everyone was so lovely. And thanks for watching my presentation if you did, and not laughing too much at my outfit.

Jake tweeted this picture WHILE I was presenting, haha!

Thank you esp to staff Mimi, Dustin, Wilson, and Alex for your amazing professional support and advice for my presentation though, I couldn't have done it without you guys. It was my first time doing such a thing and I still feel so inexperienced and I'm sure it showed, but it's the first step to getting better at public speaking and I will definitely try to improve and practice. It was such an honor to be invited and I absolutely can't wait til the next Threadless event!

HUGS ALL AROUND.
Hi all! I've been asked by Threadless to give a presentation at the upcoming Threadless Meetup! It's a huge honor and frankly I am nearly paralyzed with nerves but I'll do my best.

Posting this blog because I was given permission to ask ya'll if there's anything you want me to address in the presentation? I know that this is the Threadless blogs and I'm probably going to get a lot of troll answers (I'm looking at you JEFF) but yeah if you seriously have a question about my techniques, art, marketing, collabing, whatever ~serious business~, PLEASE leave me a well-worded question and I'll try and address it!

Thank you all! And oh, as promised, I HAVE already ordered my Harry Potter Costume of Embarrassment and will be delivering my speech in it (lol). So help me be taken at least slightly seriously by asking me some good questions here!
All hail almighty Jake on the day of his birth!

PARTY TIME

What, cotton prices are back down? xD
Hi everyone! Just want to say a gigantic THAAAAANK YOOOU to everyone who supported House Brawl throughout the year, Alex and I were thrilled to win People's Choice!!!! I am still stunned by the response all of the world for the design that is basically the cumulation of 10 years of HP nerdiness!!

I also found out (read: I WAS LIKE THIS ) that Melanie and I won Collab of the Year for Water Balloons!!! WE ARE SO EXCITED FOR THIS because it was such a personal, dear design to us. It's also super impressive for Melanie because it is her FIRST TEE and THREADLESS SUBMISSION ever!! She's not active around here much but trust me she is a cool cat and is equally excited to have won!

SO THANK YOU to my awesome collab partners Alex and Mel for helping me realize my dumb ideas so splendidly and for being such snazzy people!

I had an absolutely awesome Threadyear, and I can't wait to see you all at the September meetup (which I am generously being flown out to, SO AWESOMEEE OH THREADLESS I LOVE YOU).... Thank you so much Threadless... super additional congratulations to all the other Bestee winners.... anyway.... I love you all!
I collaborated with my good friend Melanie Herring aka purplekecleon again for Threadless' Causes: Japan. We hoped to create something that is not only symbolic of Japan's strength and rebirth, but also a tee design that is timelessly wearable and can be enjoyed even when this tragedy passes (aka, not just a red cross/dot/whatever that will be meaningless in a year.)

We would deeply appreciate your votes and comments. :)

First submission of this year, btw! Hurrah.
I will make and wear something like this to the meet up.
