Does anyone know of any good tutorials online for comic book style ink hatching in photoshop. I want to make something that looks like THIS. If you scroll about 2/3 of the way down in that tutorial, it shows you a neat method of hatching with the BLEND tool in Illustrator. Does anyone know if there is an equivalent to the blend tool in photoshop? Something that will multiply a line or shape a certain number of times along a path.
They're called Polysics
Totally the Japanese Devo, so they look pretty awesome. Has anyone seen them live? Here's one of their songs: And them doing a cover of My Sharona:
My dad and I took a road trip from West Lafayette, Indiana to Portland Oregon a little while ago and brought a little canon point and shoot digital camera with us, with which we filmed this short road trip/skateboarding/swimming/awesome video.
It's neat, wartch it, plus it has a song by Flock of Seagulls in it. about Airgyle
Not only did they print this on guys and girly t's, they also printed on a hoody and for kids. Do you know how much pressure moving that much product puts on me? It's like when you're in Little League and you have to sell chocolate bars for $2 each and coach gives you about 5 crates of them to sell and says something like "Here kid, these can be your starter boxes, just let me know when you need more." No I'm just kidding, I'm not too bummed about it at all! Thanks for the votes and the support and thanks to Threadless for printing my design.... and if you can, buy a kids t shirt, for little league baseball.
UPDATE: The Hives just canceled their Maroon 5 show in Portland and are now headlining the Crystal Ballroom on Friday, November 2!!!!
Hey stock parts, Your new favourite band will soon be touring the states with their soon to be released 'Black and White Album' (Oct 9). Go to one of their headlining shows, it will be the most important decision of your life. If you don't live within a 1000 miles of one of those, you can see them open for Maroon 5 in most major cities, just be prepared for a traffic jam to get the hell out of there before Maroon 5 goes on stage. Just got my ticket for the Seattle show at The Showbox. My buddy and I printed some of these shirts in honor of the show.
Does anyone here go to Purdue or live in Portland, OR?
