i need this to be a print so i can buy it

I am trying to learn about screenprinting on tees, and pretty much all I have to go by is an article in Misprint...

It says that the basics of what I need are inks, emulsion, a screen, and a halogen bulb...and of course the t-shirt.

Can anyone offer me advice on the best way to do this, the best products to get for someone who's just starting out, or any other helpful tips?
