I try to pay attention and not just follow the lame 'glossed-over' points of view of people in the media.…both in the political and entertainment areas. Who wants to be talked down to by people who make up shit for a living?

Art is for art's sake. You do what you like regardless of what anyone else says. Design is done for what everyone else likes. This is what makes Threadless kick-ass.

Oh yeah - it is also capitalistic in nature. No matter what you think - it's OK to create in hopes of making money. Do you think Picasso wanted to be a pauper? How about Frank Lloyd Wright? Nah.

Go forth and be creative. Make sure you use your brain. If you don't, someone will surely call you on it!
