i LOVE this. This is one of the first designs that I've been like "Wow...that's really clever" Round off the stage a little bit, and I'm not sure you need the outline on the snail-trails, but I like it otherwise!
Very funny! I agree I would love to see more slugs having fun in the background. The dancer slug has a smile on her face what about a smile on the patron slug? Wonderful idea.
I like that the boy slug has wonderment in his eyes instead of a smile and I like the placement just where it is...but wait to see if i'm outnumbered by many I guess before listening to me because I may be the odd one out.
I could probably edit this design forever, but I'm pretty happy with how it looks now. I like the simplicity of it as it is. What color shirt do you think it would look best on. I personally like both of these greens.
Looks good. I do think some minor changes will make it even better.
I agree with toning down the outline.
The slug'a antenna and eyes don't quite match up in placement. I think her right eye needs to be moved up on her head a little bit so it looks more like she is looking at the guy rather than the shirt viewer.
I'd put a darker color on the table. Seems a bit too bright and cartoonish for a strip club.
It would be fun with a bright light source somewhere so you could have some strong shadows and highlights .... but don't know, may not add much to the design.
I would go for brown or sand or the lighter greenish colour you have here. Stick with something very earth-toned to accent the snails. This design is great - you're more than ready to submit.
Oops, one tiny thing I changed that is not in this sample is the slug's lower left tentacle. It will be slightly thinner and slightly longer (very slightly).
How making the stage mirrored so it looks more strip bar-y and you can just ust the same colours again? I prefer the light green version I think. Love the design.... didnt realise that snails found slugs sexy until now hmmm....
I'm just seeing this for the first time. I think you've made great progress from the original version. I like it a lot. I think the spots on the "dancer" are a nice touch. And I totally agree on the shirt color.
