needs a story rather than just being a bird on a shirt....something unexpected for it to be coming in to land on perhaps

I agree with Kim. I think you should sharpen it up some. maybe make it look more like he's either in flight or about to land to grab something. It's not the best pose for that bird. Thanks for critiquing mine.
